Building on the Chamber's expanded pan-African mandate we were delighted to have a definite focus on West Africa (and Burkina Faso) at the biggest African mining event in North America on March 7 during PDAC in Toronto. Read the report with links to the presentations and photo gallery.

 

The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business: Accelerating trade, business and investment between Canada and Africa through world-class networking and information sharing opportunities.

 

Founded in 1994 after South Africa’s democratic elections the Chamber originally focussed on South Africa.  Given the broader geographic interests of its members across the African continent the Chamber expanded its geographic focus in 2008 to Southern Africa, and now in 2016 to encompass Africa.  It is not-for-profit, apolitical and funded entirely by its membership and activities.

The biggest African mining event in North America - Annual Mining Breakfast took place on Mar 7, 2017 in Toronto during the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Convention.
