Our membership rates are provided thanks to the generous support of several existing private sector members who sponsor the Chamber at varying levels. The support of Grand Sponsors is crucial to our work.
We do not receive government grant funding and thank our generous supporters for ensuring we can deliver our mission - as a proudly independent Not-for-Profit organization, dedicated to accelerating trade and investment through world-class networking and information-sharing events.
Major Sponsors
In addition to our Grand Sponsors, we are also pleased to recognize our Major Sponsors, for support provided at a minimum spend of $30,000 at The Canada-Africa Chamber of Business, inclusive of membership fees.
1. Qualification. Major Sponsor status is recognized for any sponsor that supports the Chamber at a level of CAD $30,000 or more per year. The Chamber may, in its sole discretion, extend Major Sponsor status to a member supporting the Chamber at a lower level.
2. Benefits. During the Sponsorship Term, Major Sponsor benefits consist of: (a) inclusion of the Major Sponsor’s logo on the Chamber’s collateral; and (b) the opportunity for the Major Sponsor to address attendees at Africa Accelerating on a panel, the Chamber’s annual flagship event held in Canada.
3. Other Benefits. All other benefits available to a Major Sponsor are those available to all members of the Chamber, and are provided to the Major Sponsor on the same basis as to the Chamber’s members generally.
4. Programming: While Major Sponsors have no role in determining the date of any Chamber program or event, we we welcome all to every public program announced, with publicity provided through recognition on our collateral. As a member-driven organization, the date of any given Chamber event is determined solely by the Chamber, in consultation with the primary or headline sponsor of that event.
