Sibongile Edith Motebe

 

Sibongile Edith Motebe is the Communications Officer at Ivanhoe Mines and has been with the company for four years. She began working in the company as a Legal Governance Assistant after graduating from the North-West University with a Bachelors Degree in Management & Governance. She was later promoted to Sustainability Officer in the Sustainability department where her duties entailed a lot of community work in the 20 villages surrounding The Plaftreef mine in Mokopane before taking up the role of Public Affairs coordinator in the Public Affairs department. She looks forward to growing her career in the Communications Role through practical experience & furthering her tertiary education in the field.
