P3 on Ethiopia: Showcasing Public-Private Opportunities for Canada's Private Sector: On 25 March 2021 we hosted this forum on behalf of Global Affairs Canada. The event assessed public-private sector opportunities in healthcare, energy, and transport, in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Post-COVID Prosperity in Africa: Assessing the Prospects and Path to Recovery. In response to popular demand, the Chamber welcomed the return of the Centre for Risk Analysis in Johannesburg for a webinar on the outlook for Sub-Saharan Africa. We explored the required measures to handle the post-COVID recovery Businesses: The informal economy comprises a significant size of Africa's economic activity and is dynamic - though sometimes overlooked outside the continent. The opportunity to develop solutions for Africa’s informal sector remains large and companies are thriving by serving this market.
