DRC-Canada Trade Mission to Lualaba

The Catalytic Role of Mining for Development, Trade & Investment:
Accelerating Canada's Role as a Premier Partner
8 - 10 February 2024
''The Democratic Republic of Congo is widely considered to be the richest country in the world regarding natural resources; its untapped deposits of raw minerals are estimated to be worth in excess of U.S. $24 trillion.''

We look forward to welcoming members and guests to Kolwezi for this exciting Official Visit, immediately following the Annual Investing in African Mining Indaba in Cape Town. Canada's world-class service providers and potential JV partners will be have the opportunity to meet leading DRC companies and Canadian counterparts already in the DRC. Our draft program (subject to change) is below. This program is one of several key outcomes of Africa Accelerating 2023.
